About the Role
We are looking for a Health & Safety Officer to ensure our construction sites maintain the highest safety standards and full regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies across sites
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
- Deliver safety training and toolbox talks
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and local regulations
- Maintain safety documentation and statistics
Requirements
- NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification
- 5+ years experience in construction HSE
- Strong knowledge of safety legislation
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Attention to detail and strong reporting ability
- First aid certification preferred
