About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate residential and commercial construction projects from planning through handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned construction projects
- Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors and stakeholders
- Manage budgets, schedules, resources and procurement
- Report project status to senior management and clients
- Ensure quality, safety and compliance with all regulations
- Resolve issues and drive projects to successful completion
Requirements
- BSc in Civil Engineering or Project Management (MSc preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in construction project management
- Proven track record delivering projects on time and budget
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English preferred
